Job Description
1. Should have experience on SAP CRM Service 5 years.
2. Gather requirements, perform extensive analysis of current business processes, carry out gap analysis, and recommend SAP CRM solutions
3. Design and configure SAP CRM Service request management with SLA, Social media integration with SAP CRM, Interaction Center agent processes and interfaces for PM module.
4. Knowledge in SAP Utilities and service industry preferred
5. Perform detailed requirements gathering/ documentation and functional testing in support of new ASAP development tasks
6. Develop technical design specifications to change existing or develop new SAP CRM ASAP WeblJI, reports, interfaces, and documents
7. Conduct unit tests, Integration tests and System Integration tests.
