Senior Software Engineer – SAP Hana – Dubai – 40,000 – 50,000 AED Monthly
As an established recruiting partner to this prestigious global organisation, we have been asked to identify a Contract Principle Software Engineer to join their Transformation Delivery Team. You will be leading the development team to build software that will power a major digital Transformation. We require candidates with extensive ERP transformation Experience (Oracle eBusiness suite on-premise applications to SAP S/4 HANA.
- Should have extensive experience in ERP transformation projects (Oracle eBusiness suite on-premise applications to SAP S/4 HANA suite of SaaS applications)
- Must have experience in Data Migration from legacy applications to cloud applications, and be able to prepare and review data migration strategy
- Experience in HANA Cloud Integration with on-premise / other third-party cloud applications
- Should have led at least two SAP implementations on public / private cloud in Technical Project / Program management capacity
- Excellent communication skills
- Should be capable of managing senior management business and IT stakeholders
- Hands on experience in managing multiple teams across different domains / streams
- Should be well versed with Agile and DevOps environments, and have implemented large projects using these methodologies.
10+ yrs of IT experience with in depth experience in a software delivery role and senior IT management capacity.
- Technical certifications in software engineering
- Extensive knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle, Project Management, Methods and Tools, Software Development and process improvement - a technology leader who has broad management experience.
- Should improve quality, time to market and agility through the development and use of technology accelerators and frameworks. Ensure that technology accelerators and frameworks are continuously improved in line with industry best practices and IT standards, resulting in cost efficiency
